    List of Ingredients




    -1 box German chocolate cake mix
    -11 oz pkg butterscotch chips
    -3/4 cup chopped pecans
    -1/2 cup flaked coconut [optional]
    -1/3 cup vegetable oil
    -2 eggs
    -1 [17 oz] jar caramel fudge topping


    Recipe



    -Preheat oven to 350ºF.
    -Grease a 9x13" baking pan.

    -Combine cake mix, butterscotch chips, nuts, coconut, oil and eggs.
    -Mix well by hand, dough will be very stiff and crumbly.

    -Press half the cake mixture in bottom of pan. Bake 10 mins.

    -Pour topping over partially baked crust.
    -Top with small spoonfuls of remaining cake mixture.
    -Return to oven and bake 25-30 mins. until top is set and edges are golden brown.

    -Remove from oven and cool 20 mins.
    -Run knife around edges of pan to loosen.

    -Cool completely.
    -Store tightly covered at room temp for up to 3 days.
