List of Ingredients
-1 pkg. brownie mix (13x9 inch pan size)
-2 pkgs. (one 8 oz., one 3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
-2 cups confectioners' sugar
-1 carton (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
-2 cups cold milk
-1 pkg.(3.9 oz.) instant choc. pudding mix
-1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
-Prepare and bake brownie mix as directed, using a greased 9x13 inch pan.
-Cool completely.
-In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 mins.
-Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
-Spread over cooled brownies.
-In another bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix , beat until smooth.
-Refrigerate for 5 mins.,spread over the cream cheese layer.
-Spread with remaining whipped topping-sprinkle with pecans.
-12-15 servings.
