Caramel Cashew Brownines

List of Ingredients
- 18 caramels
- 1/3 cup maragrine
- 2 Tbls. milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. bakning powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped salted cashews
Instructions
- In a sauce pan cook and stir caramels, butter and milk over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in sugar.
- Combine the eggs and vanilla and stir into the caramel mixture.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stirinto the caramel mixture.
- Fold in the cashews.
- Transfer to a greased 9x9 pan.
- Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
