Fudge Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1-3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (add 1/2 teaspoon vinegar to whole milk)
2-1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 cups zucchini, finely diced
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
Frosting
One 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1-3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Recipe
Blend margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk; blend well. Sift in flour, cocoa, salt, soda and cloves. Blend into egg mixture. Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips, and nuts.
Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cake cool, then frost. Serves 12 or more.
