Rozy Rhubarb Cake

List of Ingredients
Cake Batter:
-2 cups flour
-2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup shortening
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1 egg
-3/4 cup milk
Middle Layer:
-6 cups cut up rhubarb
-1 (3.5 oz) pkg. strawberry jello
Crumb mixture:
-1-1/2 cups sugar
-1/3 cup flour
-1/4 cup margerine or butter
Recipe
-Mix and spread the batter in 9x13 pan.
-Sread on bottom and a little up the sides.
-Mix 6 cups cut up rhubarb with 1-3-1/2 oz. pkg. strawberry jello.
-Spread on top of first mixture.
Crumb topping:
-Mix and put this crumb mixture on top of rhubarb.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
-Keep refridgerated.
