    Sour Cream Peach Kuchen

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 3 cups flour
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup margarine
    • 2 ( 29oz) cans sliced peaches drained
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • TOPPING:
    • 4 egg yolks
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • sugar and cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.

    2. Cut in margarine until mixture is coarse crumbs.

    3. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

    4. Arrange peaches over the crust.

    5. Combine the cinnamon and remaining sugar.

    6. Sprinkle over the peaches.

    7. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes

    8. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the egg yolks and sour cream.

    9. Spread over peaches.

    10. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.

    11. Bake 30 minutes longer.

    12. Refrigerate after cool.
