Sour Cream Peach Kuchen

- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 ( 29oz) cans sliced peaches drained
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cups sour cream
- sugar and cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Cut in margarine until mixture is coarse crumbs.
- Press onto the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
- Arrange peaches over the crust.
- Combine the cinnamon and remaining sugar.
- Sprinkle over the peaches.
- Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the egg yolks and sour cream.
- Spread over peaches.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
- Bake 30 minutes longer.
- Refrigerate after cool.
