List of Ingredients
1 18-1/4 oz. yellow cake mix
2 cups cold milk
2 3.4-oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup Maraschino cherries, drained, chopped
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup walnuts, choppedRecipe
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done; cool completely.
In a mixing bowl combine milk and pudding mixes; beat in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping spread over cooled cake. Top with pineapple, cherries, coconut and walnuts. Refrigerated until serving. Yields 16-20 servings
