Peaches and Cream Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 small box vanilla pudding
Instructions
- Combine the cake mix with the oil, eggs, and 1 cup water.
- Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13.
- Drain peaches saving 4 Tbls. of the juice
- Arrange the peaches over the cake mix
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, pudding and 4 Tbls. juice.
- Spread over the peaches
- Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes
