Rhubarb Berry Coffee Cake

- 1 yello cake mix
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbls. cold margarine
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sliced stramberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 2/3 of the cake mix and sugar.
- Cut in the margarine til crumbly.
- Add the nuts and set aside.
- Place remaining cake mix in another bowl and add the eggs and sour cream to this..
- Fold in the rhubarb and strawberries.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool.
- Place frosting in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 15 seconds.
- Drizzle over cake.
