Rhubarb Cake

List of Ingredients



• 5 cups chopped rhubarb
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 small package dry strawberry jello
  
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  
• Cool Whip
  






Instructions



1. In a greased 9 x 13 pan layer ingredients starting with the rhubarb.Sprinkle sugar over next; followed by the jello.
   
   
2. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the top.
   
   
3. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
   
   
4. Pour over the layers and bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes til cake is done.
   
   
5. Serve with cool whip.
