List of Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 small package dry strawberry jello
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a greased 9 x 13 pan layer ingredients starting with the rhubarb.Sprinkle sugar over next; followed by the jello.
- Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the top.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- Pour over the layers and bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes til cake is done.
- Serve with cool whip.
