    Rhubarb Custard Cake

    List of Ingredients

    -1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
    -4 c. rhubarb, chopped
    -1 c. sugar
    -1 pt. whipping cream
    -Cool Whip for garnish

    Recipe

    -Prepare cake mix according to directions.
    -Turn into lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    -Cover with rhubarb, then the sugar.
    -Then the cream last over all.
    -Bake at 350 degrees, 50 to 60 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
    -Cream and rhubarb form a custard on the bottom.
    -Cut into 15 to 18 squares.
    -Serve upside down with custard on top.
    -Garnish with Cool Whip if desired.
    -Refrigerate left-overs
