Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

• 1 cup butter (not margarine)
  
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 1 cup powdered sugar
  
• 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  






Instructions



1. Melt butter and stir in the vanilla.
   
   
2. Cool completely.
   
   
3. In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar; stir in the butter mixture and chips.
   
   
4. Mixture will be crumbly,
   
   
5. Shape in 1" balls.
   
   
6. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly
   
   
7. Bake @ 375 for 10-12 minutes.
   
   
8. Makes 4 dozen
