EZ Crispy Butter Cookies

• 1 cup butter ( no subs )
  
• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  
• 2 egg whites
  
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
  
• 2 1/2 cups flour
  
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
  
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
  
• Sugar
  






Instructions



1. In a mixing bowl cream the butter and powdered sugar.
   
   
2. Beat in egg whites and vanilla.
   
   
3. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
   
   
4. Gradually add flour mix to cream mixture. Blend well.
   
   
5. Roll into 1 1/2" balls; then roll in sugar.
   
   
6. Place 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet.
   
   
7. Flatten with a fork
   
   
8. BAke @ 350 for 12-14 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE
