    3 Gala or Golden Delicious apples, peeled and sliced
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon brandy
    Nutmeg
    9-inch baked pie shell

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients; mix well and pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until custard is set. Makes 8 servings.
