Banana Caramel Spice Pie

1 large ripe banana, sliced
One 6-oz. shortbread pie crust
2 cups cold milk
Two 4-oz. pkgs. white chocolate or vanilla flavor instant pudding
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
One 8-oz. tub whipped topping, thawed
Caramel ice cream topping
Recipe
Place banana slices in bottom of crust.
Pour milk into large bowl.
Add pudding mixes and cinnamon.
Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Serve with caramel topping.
Makes 8 servings
