Candy Bar Pie

Recipe Introduction
Oh so good and oh so very rich..... a small piece is all you need.
List of Ingredients
- 1 9" pie shell
- 5 Snikers candy bars (2.07 oz) cut into 1/4" pieces
- 12 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2 Tbls. whipping cream
Instructions
- Place candy bar pieces in the pastry shell; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter; beat on low speed until combined.
- Pour into the pie shell.
- Bake @ 325 for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool
- In a small sauce pan melt the chocolate chips with the cream until smooth.
- Spread over the filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut in small slices with a warm knife.
