Caramel Apple Pie Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg RHODES AnyTime Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 small granny smith apples; peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- ICING:
- 1 packet cream cheese frosting (included with rolls)
- 4 Tbls. caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
- Thaw rolls, covered for 45 minutes.
- Cut each roll into 6 pieces, then place back into the foil pan.
- In a large bowl combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon, cracker crumbs and nuts.
- Sprinkle over the rolls.
- Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are done.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese frosting and the caramel topping and drizzle over the pie while it is still warm.
