    Caramel Apple Pie Rolls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg RHODES AnyTime Cinnamon Rolls
    • 2 small granny smith apples; peeled and chopped
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
    • ICING:
    • 1 packet cream cheese frosting (included with rolls)
    • 4 Tbls. caramel ice cream topping


    Instructions


    1. Thaw rolls, covered for 45 minutes.
    2. Cut each roll into 6 pieces, then place back into the foil pan.
    3. In a large bowl combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon, cracker crumbs and nuts.
    4. Sprinkle over the rolls.
    5. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls are done.
    6. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese frosting and the caramel topping and drizzle over the pie while it is still warm.
    7. * Serves 6
