• 1 (4oz) cream cheese softened
  
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 (8oz) carton cool whip thawed
  
• 1 graham cracker or shortbread crust
  
• 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  
• 3/4 cup toased coconut
  






Instructions



1. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, and milk; fold in cool whip.
   
   
2. Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mix into pie shell.
   
   
3. Drizzle with 1/2 of the caramel topping.
   
   
4. Sprinkle 1/2 of the toasted coconut next.
   
   
5. Repeat layers.
   
   
6. Chill or freeze until serving.
