    List of Ingredients


    • 2 9" pie shells
    • 1 1/2 cups raisins
    • 1 cup margarine softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar
    • 6 eggs
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 2-4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 1 cup flake coconut
    • handful of chocolate chips
    • Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Line pie crusts with foil and prebake @ 450 for 10 minutes. Discard foil and cool crusts.

    2. Place raisins in saucepan covered with water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit.

    3. In a mixing bowl cream the maragrine and sugars.

    4. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

    5. Drain the raisins.

    6. Stir in raisins, nuts and coconut. The chips are optional and should be added here if desired.

    7. Pour into crusts.

    8. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes, until set.

    9. Cool.

    10. Serve with cool whip
