Rhubarb Custard Pie

List of Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbls milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbls flour
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 4 cups cut up rhubarb
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 Tbls margarine
Instructions
- Beat the 3 eggs and add the milk.
- Stir into milk mixture the sugar, flour and nutmeg.
- Mix throughly and add rhubarb
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell
- Dot the top with margarine
- Bake @ 400 for 50 - 60 minutes
- Chill
