    Rhubarb Eagle Brand Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
    • 3 cups rhubarb
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 Tbls. water
    • 1 (14oz) can Sweetened Milk
    • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. Cut up and wash rhubarb.

    2. Place in bottom of the pie shell.

    3. Combine the eggs and water til frothy.

    4. Pour in milk; add nutmeg.

    5. Mix well and pour over the rhubarb.

    6. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes; lower heat to 350 and bake for 35 more minutes.

    7. Chill
