Rhubarb Eagle Brand Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 3 cups rhubarb
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbls. water
- 1 (14oz) can Sweetened Milk
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Instructions
- Cut up and wash rhubarb.
- Place in bottom of the pie shell.
- Combine the eggs and water til frothy.
- Pour in milk; add nutmeg.
- Mix well and pour over the rhubarb.
- Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes; lower heat to 350 and bake for 35 more minutes.
- Chill
