Turtle Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 9" deep dish pie shell prepared
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 (8oz) pkg. cream chhese softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbls. whipping cream
Instructions
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips and the pecans into the pie crust.
- Pour caramel topping over chips and nuts.
- In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar til smooth.
- In a sauce pan over low heat cook and stir the whipping cream and the remaining chips until melted.
- Stir into the cream cheese mixture and mix well
- CAREFULLY spread over the topping.
- You can drizzle a little caramel topping on this to garnish if you wish.
- You can also garnish with more chips or nuts as desired.
- Refrigerate til ready to serve.
