    List of Ingredients


    • 1 9" deep dish pie shell prepared
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 cup chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
    • 2 (8oz) pkg. cream chhese softened
    • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 Tbls. whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips and the pecans into the pie crust.

    2. Pour caramel topping over chips and nuts.

    3. In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar til smooth.

    4. In a sauce pan over low heat cook and stir the whipping cream and the remaining chips until melted.

    5. Stir into the cream cheese mixture and mix well

    6. CAREFULLY spread over the topping.

    7. You can drizzle a little caramel topping on this to garnish if you wish.

    8. You can also garnish with more chips or nuts as desired.

    9. Refrigerate til ready to serve.
