    Butter Ripple Dessert

    List of Ingredients

    Crust:
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup margarine

    Topping:
    1 jar caramel or butterscotch sauce
    1 pint ice cream (butterscotch ripple)


    Recipe

    Crust:
    Melt margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and pat on large cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes
    Crumble while hot & spread 1/2 of crumbled mixture on bottom of a 9x13 pan.

    Topping:
    Drizzle half jar of sauce over crumbs.
    Spread ice cream over top.
    Cover with remaining crumbs, then sauce.
    Freeze.
