    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 cups crushed butter flavor crackers (about68)
    • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbls. melted margarine
    • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened
    • 1/2 cup cold milk
    • 2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
    • 1 (8oz) carton frozen whipped topping
    • 1/3 cup flaked toasted coconut


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs and the butter.
    2. Mix well and press into an ungreased 9x13 dish.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ice cream, milk and pudding mixes.
    4. Spread over the crust and top with the Cool Whip and coconut.
    5. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months.
    6. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
    7. Serves 12-15
