- 2 1/2 cups crushed butter flavor crackers (about68)
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbls. melted margarine
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
- 1 (8oz) carton frozen whipped topping
- 1/3 cup flaked toasted coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs and the butter.
- Mix well and press into an ungreased 9x13 dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ice cream, milk and pudding mixes.
- Spread over the crust and top with the Cool Whip and coconut.
- Cover and freeze for up to 2 months.
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
- Serves 12-15
