    Drumstick Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    Crust:
    2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts
    1/3 cup melted margarine

    Filling:
    12oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
    4 cups frozen whipped topping (large tub)
    1/4 cup Chocolate syrup
    1/2 cup Chopped peanuts

    Recipe

    Combine crust ingredients together.
    Press into 9x13 pan, refrigerate.
    Beat the cream cheese, powered sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth.
    Fold in the frozen whipped topping.
    Pour over crust, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and top with peanuts.
    Freeze, keeps up to 6 weeks.
    Serves 25-30.
