Frozen Pumpkin Dessert

- 1 (15oz) can solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 thsp. ground cloves
- 2 qts. vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well.
- Fold in the ice cream.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with the walnuts.
- Cover and freeze overnight.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
