    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg (14 oz) caramel candies
    3 Tab water
    1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup crushed rice crispies
    1 bar(18 oz) candy melt (almond bark)

    Recipe



    Melt caramel candy in bowl with the water.
    Do this in the microwave~stirring every 30 seconds.
    Stir in pecans and rice crispies.
    Spoon onto waxed paper that is on a cookie sheet.
    Put in refrigerator to get a little firm~maybe 15-20 minutes.
    Melt chocolate candy.
    Take candy caramel mixture out of refrigerator and dip each piece in melted chocolate.
    Place back on waxed paper until hardened.
    Sometimes I'll put them back in the refrigerator to harden faster, but it's not necessary.
    I also make them in small pieces so you can put one in your mouth.
