    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 3 1/3 cups whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped peaches
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. In a sauce pan, combine the sugar, milk, and egg.
    2. Cook and stir until thick.
    3. Remove from heat; cover and refrigerate several hours.
    4. When ready to freeze, stir in the cream, pudding mix, peaches and vanilla.
    5. Pour into ice cream cylinder.
    6. Freeze according to manufacturers directions.
    7. If you like this firm freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.
