Peach Ice Cream

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 1/3 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped peaches
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, combine the sugar, milk, and egg.
- Cook and stir until thick.
- Remove from heat; cover and refrigerate several hours.
- When ready to freeze, stir in the cream, pudding mix, peaches and vanilla.
- Pour into ice cream cylinder.
- Freeze according to manufacturers directions.
- If you like this firm freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.
