Celebration Beef & Shrimp Stir-Fry

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb.boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 Tbls plus 1/3 cup Kikkoman Stir -Fry Sauce divided
- 3 Tbls. oil divided
- 1/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp; peeled and deveined
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot, cut into thin slices
- 1 large bunch of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 Tbls. water
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Coat the beef with 1 Tbls. stir-fry sauce. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 Tbls. oil in a hot wok over high heat.
- Add the beef and shrimp and stir-fry 1 minute.
- Remove beef and shrimp from the pan.
- Heat remaining oilin same pan. Add garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds
- Add onion and carrot; stir-fry 1 more minute
- Add broccoli and stir-fry another minute.
- Sprinkle the water over the vegetables; cover and cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
- Ad the beef, shrimp, and remaining stir-fry sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until all pieces are coated with sauce.
- Serve over hot rice
