List of Ingredients
8 scallops
6 to 7 shrimp
4 to 5 pieces lobster
12 snow peas
8 slices green and red pepper
2 water chestnuts, sliced
Oyster, Hoisin and Soy sauces
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
Hot spicy oil, to taste
Sesame oil, to taste
Scallions for garnishRecipe
Cook seafood in about 6 rice bowls of boiling water a few minutes until tender.
DO NOT OVERCOOK or seafood will be tough.
Drain and set aside.
Blanch snow peas, pepper and chestnuts.
Combine with seafood and the rest of the ingredients. Arrange on platter and garnish with scallions.
Serve over hot white rice
