Breaded Sirloin Steaks

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sirloin steak cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (15oz) pkg seasoned bread crumbs
- oil
Instructions
- Pound out and flatten meat to 1/2" thick. Set aside
- Place flour into a plastic bag.
- In a shallow bowl combine the egg, milk salt and pepper.
- Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl.
- Coat steaks with flour, then dip into egg mixture and finally coat with crumbs.
- In a frying pan cook steaks in oil 2-3 minutes per side... until meat reaches desired doneness.
