Caramelized Onion Topped Steaks with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

-1 small onion, thinly sliced (3/4 cup)
-1/4 cup Italian Dressing
-4 beef tenderloin steaks (4 oz. each)
-1/4 cup Sour Cream
-1 Tbsp. horseradish
Recipe
-COOK onion in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until tender.
-Push onion to edges of skillet.
-ADD steaks to skillet; cook 5 min. on each side for medium rare or longer to desired doneness.
-MEANWHILE, combine sour cream and horseradish.
-Place steaks on serving plates; top with onions.
-Serve with horseradish sauce.
