Cube Steak Skillet Supper for 2

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 beef cube steaks
- 2 Tbls. oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 can sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 can french style green beans, drained
- 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the flour, salt and pepper.
- Dredge steaks in flour mix.
- Heat oil in skillter and brown steaks on both sides.
- Set steaks aside and keep warm.
- Add onion, potatoes, and greenbeans to the skillet.
- Pour soup over top.
- Return steaks to pan over top of soup.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes until meat is tender.
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
