Speedy Beef and Noodles

List of Ingredients



• 1/2 lb. round or sirloin , cut into strips
  
• 1 onion, sliced
  
• 1(8oz) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
  
• 2 Tbls. oil
  
• 2(3oz) pkg. beef flavored ramen noodles
  
• 4 1/4 cups water
  






Instructions



1. In a skillet, saute the steak, onion and mushrooms in oil until meat is no longer pink
   
   
2. Set noodle seasoning packets aside.
   
   
3. In a sauce pan bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
   
   
4. Add noodles; cook until tender.
   
   
5. Drain.
   
   
6. Add noodles and seasoning packet to the beef mixture.
   
   
7. Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup water.
   
   
8. Heat through.
