List of Ingredients
-1/4 cup minced shallots
-2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
-2 boneless beef top loin steaks, about 3/4 inch thick
-1/2 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
-1 Tbsp. capers, drained
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Recipe
-COOK and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp.oil in skillet on medium
heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
-INCREASE heat to high; add remaining oil to skillet.
-Add steaks; cook 2 minutes on each side.
-STIR in steak sauce, capers and garlic; bring to boil.
-Reduce heat; simmer 3 minutes or until steak is desired doneness.
-Stir in parsley.
