Recipe Introduction
Great way to use up left over fish.
List of Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup dry bread crimbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely shredded onion
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, flaked fish
- oil to deep fry
- Tartar Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the fish.
- Roll into 1" balls.
- Heat oil to 375
- Fry fish nuggets for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve with tartar sauce
