List of Ingredients
-6 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
-1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
-2 t. seasoned salt
-2 t. Italian seasoning
-2 t. lemon juice
-1/2 t. garlic powder
-1/2 t. grated lemon peel
-Dash cayenne pepper
Recipe
-Place salmon on a greased broiler rack.
-Broil 8-10 minutes.
-Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
-Brush butter mixture over the salmon.
-Turn and broil an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
-Baste with remaining butter mixture.
