Very Crabby Crab Cakes

- 10 Ritz crackers crushed ( 1/3 cup crumbs )
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 Tbls. worcestershire
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 pkg imitaion crab meat cut up fine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Add together the beaten eggs, mayo, worcestershire, Old Bay and cracker crumbs. Blend well.
- Add crab meat and blend through.
- Spray a 9x13 pan.
- Scoop ice cream scoop sizes of mixture onto pan and flatten slightly.
- Bake crab cakes til just slightly brown turning once in the middle. Cooking time is about 10 minutes.
- Serve with tartar on buns.
