    Blue Plate Patties

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg
    • 2 green onions sliced
    • 1/4 cup seasoned bread cubes crushed
    • 1 Tbls. dijon mustard
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 (12oz) jar beef gravy
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 - 3 tsp. prepared horseradish
    • 1/2 lb freshed sliced mushrooms ( about 3 cups)


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl beat egg; stir in onions, bead crumbs and mustard. Add beef and mix well.

    2. Shape into four patties

    3. In an ungreased pan fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Drain

    4. In a small bowl combine the gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms.

    5. Pour over patties, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes or till mushrooms are heated through.

    These are great served on a bun as a sandwich or on aplate with warm noodles and a vegetable
