Firefighter's Meatloaf

List of Ingredients
-1 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
-1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1/4 cup ketchup
-2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 large egg, beaten
-1 pounds lean ground beef
-Cooking spray
TOPPING:
-1/3 cup ketchup
-1 Tbls. brown sugar
-1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Recipe
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Combine potatoes, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper and egg in a large bowl and stir mixture well.
-Crumble ground beef over potato mixture and stir just until blended.
-Shape mixture into a loaf.
-Place in a loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
-Mix together the topping ingredients and spread over the loaf.
-Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
