    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 cup cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 8oz cans pizza sauce
    1 t salt
    1/2 t oregano
    1/8 t ground pepper
    2 C shredded romano/parmesan mix

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine all ingredients except 1 can sauce and cheese.

    Flatten and shape into a rectangle (roughly 10'x12') on wax paper.

    Sprinkle cheese over and roll up. Put into shallow pan and press ends shut.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Drain and pour 2nd can of sauce over the roll.

    Bake 15 minutes more.
