Stuffed Meatloaf

-1 lb. ground chuck
-1 egg
-1 box Stovetop stuffing mix
-salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
-Prepare stuffing as directed on pkg, and set aside.
-Add egg and seasonings to ground chuck, and mix well.
-Take a fairly lg. piece of waxed paper, and pat meat out in a rectangle, put stuffing on top, and spread out evenly.
-Roll meat and stuffing together, and place in a 9x13" pan, seam side down.
-Bake at 350 for about 1 hr.
-Let sit for about 5-10 mins. before slicing.
-Looks really pretty on the plate.
