    Tangy Mini Meat Patties

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 cup sliced onions
    • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
    • 6 Tbls. steak sauce
    • 4 tsp. spicy brown mustard


    Instructions


    1. Shape beef into 4 patties.

    2. Cook in a skillet 3-4 minutes per side til no longer pink.

    3. Remove to a platter and and keep warm.

    4. Drain most of the drippings; saute onions in drippings until tender.

    5. Add corn syrup, steak sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil.

    6. Pour over meat loaves and serve immediately.
