Tangy Mini Meat Patties

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 6 Tbls. steak sauce
- 4 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Instructions
- Shape beef into 4 patties.
- Cook in a skillet 3-4 minutes per side til no longer pink.
- Remove to a platter and and keep warm.
- Drain most of the drippings; saute onions in drippings until tender.
- Add corn syrup, steak sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil.
- Pour over meat loaves and serve immediately.
