    16 oz. sirloin steak cut into thin strips
    2 Tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. oregeno
    1/4 tsp pepper
    16 oz Penne pasta
    1 Tbls. olive oil
    2 cans of Italian Stewed Tomatoes (garlic & basil)
    2 Tbls minced garlic
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 bunch green onion sliced
    1 Tbls. dried basil
    1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Recipe



    Place the sliced steak in a plastic food storage bag with the Worcestershire, oregeno and pepper. Seal the bag and let marinate for at least an hour. Prepare the pasta, drain and keep warm. In an electric fry pan heat the olive oil and add the marinated meat. Cook on high until meat is browned on all sides, Reduce heat to medium and stir in the tomatoes, garlic, and mushrooms.Cook until sauce forms, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir the pasta into the meat mixture to warm and pour into a large serving bowl, Sprinkle with the onions and basil and top with the Parmesan Cheese.
