EZ Chilies Rellenos

List of Ingredients
- 1 (7oz) can whole green chilies
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup bisquick.
- Seasoning salt
- salsa
Instructions
- Split chilies and remove seeds
- Dry chilies on a paper towel.
- Arrange chilies on the bottom of a 7x11 baking pan.
- Top with the cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and stir in the bisquick.
- Blend well.
- Pour over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake @ 325 for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with the salsa over top
