    EZ Chilies Rellenos

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (7oz) can whole green chilies
    • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 3 eggs
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 cup bisquick.
    • Seasoning salt
    • salsa


    Instructions


    1. Split chilies and remove seeds

    2. Dry chilies on a paper towel.

    3. Arrange chilies on the bottom of a 7x11 baking pan.

    4. Top with the cheese.

    5. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and stir in the bisquick.

    6. Blend well.

    7. Pour over the cheese.

    8. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.

    9. Bake @ 325 for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown

    10. Serve with the salsa over top
