    EZ Chili Relleno Casserole 2

    List of Ingredients

    -1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, chopped
    -1/2 pound Shredded Cheddar cheese,
    -1/2 pound Shredded Monterey Jack cheese,
    -1 can evaporated milk
    -2 eggs, beaten


    Recipe

    -Layer an oblong baking dish with 2/3 cup Jack cheese and 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese.
    -Mix chiles, eggs and milk.
    -Pour over cheese.
    -Top with remaining cheese.
    -Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F or until brown on top.
