    Kate's Mexican Bubble Pizza

    my own adapted from Pillsbury

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb hamburger
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    1 cup water
    1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
    2 cans refrigerated biscuits (pillsbury)
    2 cup shredded Mexi-Blend Cheese

    GARNISHES:
    crushed Nacho Chips
    shredded lettuce
    chopped onions
    sour cream

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F
    Brown ground beef in large skillet or pan over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add Taco Seasoning Mix, water, and enchilada sauce.

    Separate dough from biscuits into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Add to ground beef mixture. Stir gently.

    Spoon mixture into greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 18-23 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven. Bake until cheese is bubbly.(About 10 monutes)

    Garnish as desired
