Mexican Lasagna

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 cups salsa
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups sour cream
- sliced green onions
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 small can drained chopped black olives (optional)
Instructions
- Cook hambureger with some onions if desired. Drain. Mix hamburger with refried beans and taco seasoning.
- Layer 4 uncooked noodles in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1/2 meat mixture on top of noodles. Repeat layer and top with the 4 remaining noodles
- Mix salsa and water together and pour over the top of the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours @ 350
- Mix sour cream, onions and black olives together.
- Spread on cooked lasagna and top with cheese
- Bake uncovered till cheese melts
Final Comments
Delicious... All you need to go with it is a salad or some corn bread
