    3 lbs. ground meat
    1 small bell pepper
    2 medium onions
    2 cans Rotel tomatoes
    2 cans mexicorn
    2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
    1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Season ground meat.
    Brown meat with onions and bell peppers.
    Drain.
    Add Rotel tomatoes, mexicorn and cook for 30 minutes.
    Mix cornbread as per directions and spread in greased 14 x 10 inch pan.
    Spoon meat mixture over cornbread and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
