Taco Biscuit Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef; cooked, rinsed and drained
- 2 envelopes of taco seasoning
- BISCUIT TOPPING:*
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
- Toppings:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet mix the cooked beef and taco seasoning.Mix up according to pkg directions.
- Spoon meat into a greased 9x13 pan.
- In a mixing bowl combine the eggs and milk; stir in biscuit mix. Blend well and pour over the hamburger
- Bake, uncovered @ 400 for 20-25 minutes til golden brown.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Spread sour cream over the top; sprinkle the lettuce, tomato and onion on next. Top with cheese
- Serve immediately.
Final Comments
* for a little more zip add 1 small can undrained green chilies to the biscuit mixture.
