    Taco Biscuit Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground beef; cooked, rinsed and drained
    • 2 envelopes of taco seasoning
    • BISCUIT TOPPING:*
    • 4 eggs
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
    • Toppings:
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • shredded lettuce
    • chopped tomato
    • chopped onion
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a skillet mix the cooked beef and taco seasoning.Mix up according to pkg directions.

    2. Spoon meat into a greased 9x13 pan.

    3. In a mixing bowl combine the eggs and milk; stir in biscuit mix. Blend well and pour over the hamburger

    4. Bake, uncovered @ 400 for 20-25 minutes til golden brown.

    5. Cool for 5-10 minutes.

    6. Spread sour cream over the top; sprinkle the lettuce, tomato and onion on next. Top with cheese

    7. Serve immediately.



    Final Comments


    * for a little more zip add 1 small can undrained green chilies to the biscuit mixture.
